At Tadraco, you’re not getting a mystery crew in unmarked trucks—you’re getting the same small, seasoned team on every job: Tom Tadra (Owner), his son Nick (Lead Carpenter), plus Jake and Keith. These are the guys in the photos, the ones actually swinging the hammers, checking the levels, and obsessing over that one board that “almost” lines up.
All framing is done by Tom and his crew, because they know this is where a project either becomes rock-solid… or becomes a future headache. They’re unapologetically picky about straight lines, tight joints, and details most people won’t notice—but you’ll feel them every day you live in the house.
Despite the perfectionism, they’re a laid-back bunch: quick with a joke, happy to explain what they’re doing, and used to working around dogs, kids, and real life. They show up, do the work, clean up, and come back the next day to do it again—no drama, no disappearing acts.
In short: good people, serious skills, and a crew that takes pride in building things that last a long time and look good doing it.
